Owner & Founder
Founder of AB Universal Messaging. After graduating from Fordham University, Debbie entered the telecommunications industry over 50 years ago. With more than 39 years managing answering operations, she launched AB Universal Messaging 15 years ago. Active in ATSI, ASTAA, WSTA, CAMx, and TUNe. Past president of the TUNe user group and former VP/trustee for the ATSI Education Fund.

Chris Bibber
Owner & Technology Lead
With a strong background in telecommunications, Chris keeps AB Universal running smoothly every single day. His career began in high school and expanded at Stevens University. As technology lead, he ensures call routing, custom script integrations, and the platform itself stay reliable and cutting-edge.

Sarah Bibber
HR Manager
Sarah oversees operator scheduling and recruitment from Neptune City, NJ. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with years of experience in educational and healthcare settings, she brings a unique perspective to workplace dynamics and employee support.
